Nicolaitans are referred to in scripture, and Nicolaitans teach that they have the right to exercise power over those whom The Father Yehovah is calling. The Nicolaitans may do this in our time by forming corporations that have shareholders who make a profit off of the sheep that they pretend to be shepherding. Their corporate teaching, quite often interprets scripture, so that they use it to represent their authority as having been given by scripture.
