ASHORTWORK
Biblical Understanding based on the Record of Scripture
These scriptures lay the foundation for studies in the Bible that help to prepare the paths to understanding.
For He will finish the work and cut it short in righteousness, Because YHVH will make a short work upon the Earth.
• Romans 9:28 NKJ
My Son, if you receive my words, And treasure my commands within you,
So that you incline your ear to wisdom, And apply your heart to understanding;
Yes, if you cry out for discernment, And lift up your voice for understanding,
If you seek her as silver, And search for her as for hidden treasures;
Then you will understand the fear of YHVH, And find the knowledge of God.
• Proverbs 2:1-5 NKJ
Do not quench the Spirit.
Do not despise prophecies.
Test all things; hold fast what is good.
• 1 Thessalonians 5:19-21 NKJ
These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.
• Acts 17:11 NKJ
Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, A worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
• 2 Timothy 2:15 NKJ
And He said to me, "Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand."
Revelation 22:10 NKJ
Revelation 22:3-5 NKJV
And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God (Theos-Father) and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.
They shall SEE HIS FACE and HIS NAME shall be on their foreheads.
There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord (kurios) God (Theos-Father) gives them light. And they shall reign FOREVER and EVER.
